By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a web-based clinical scheduling platform designed for anesthesia departments and training programs. It provides automated staff scheduling, rotation management, daily schedule viewing, shift swaps, time-off tracking, and communication tools including email and SMS notifications.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are created by your organization’s administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or features you are not authorized to use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any purpose other than clinical scheduling within your organization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. SMS Text Messaging

The Service may send SMS text messages for schedule notifications, shift updates, and administrative communications. By opting in to SMS notifications (via the checkbox on the login page), you consent to receive these messages at the phone number associated with your account.

• Message frequency varies based on schedule changes and administrative communications
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
• You may opt out at any time by unchecking the SMS consent box on the login page or by replying STOP to any message

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the property of Synesthesia CRNA, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

7. Your Data

Your organization retains ownership of all scheduling data, staff information, and content entered into the Service. We process this data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNESTHESIA CRNA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS A SCHEDULING TOOL AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. ALL CLINICAL DECISIONS REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF QUALIFIED MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS.

10. Termination

Your access to the Service is managed by your organization’s administrator. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
